2009 Annual Fundraiser - Habibiya Women Foundation

The Anwar family in 2001 established "Habibiya Women Foundation" for Orphan girls in Zafarwal Pakistan. This school gives these girls an opportunity to have a shelter on their head as well as get an education. The foundation gives them Islamic education as well as prepares them for Matric, FA/FSc, BA/BSc, Darsnazami and homeopathic training. With the help of your Zakat and Charity over the last few years, things have gone really well for this institution. Given below are some key stats for last few years.

Through the sustained contributions from donors like you, the school is really doing well. Last year we were able to raise $29,000 through the donations, beating our goal of $25,000. As there is no other source of income for the shcool and we only do one fundraiser a year your charily, zakat or donation will help usto sustain the current programs and provide shelter to these girls. The total number of girls have increased from 63 to 76 from last year and so have some of the expenses. Our goal this year is to raise $20,000 for the annual fundraiser. Please contribute generously towards this project.
